Experience the authentic, `Old Tampa` soul of Palmetto Beach in this efficient, ground-floor studio. Located at the back of the property in an active, industrial-modern waterfront neighborhood near the Port, this unit is designed for travelers who want a central city home base with no fluff.
Please Note: This is a STUDIO unit. There is no separate bedroom; the primary sleeping arrangement is a full-size pull-out sofa.
Traveling with a crowd? This is one of four units on-site. Message us to check availability for additional units!
The Space & Amenities
The Layout: An open studio floor plan featuring a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa that serves as the main bed (Sleeps 2).
Private Access: Located at the rear of the property with direct drive-up access via the alleyway.
On-Site Pool: Cool off in our private, unheated pool (shared between the four units on the property).
Outdoor Hangout: Enjoy the Florida sunshine with a first-come, first-served propane grill.
Strict Policy: To maintain a clean environment for all guests, this property is strictly NO PETS allowed.

Palmetto Beach is a vibrant, transitioning urban area with a unique industrial character. You are steps from the waterfront and Desoto Park, which features:
The Bay Walk: A picturesque walkway across the water and scenic trails.
Sports & Play: Basketball courts, a skate park, a playground, and picnic areas.
Community Pool: A large public pool is nearby (seasonal with a small entry fee).
Unbeatable Access: 5 minutes to Ybor City and 8 minutes to Downtown Tampa.
Host Note: We embrace our neighborhood’s industrial roots and urban character. This is a `Port-City` environment—active, diverse, and perfectly positioned near the city center. If you want a quiet, manicured suburb, this isn`t it—but if you want a central, `locals-only` waterfront spot, you’ve found it.
House Rules & Agreement
Welcome! We’re excited to host you. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we want everyone — guests, neighbors, and us — to have a great experience. By booking, you and all guests agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in fines, extra cleaning/damage fees, or immediate removal without refund.
1. Quiet Hours – STRICTLY ENFORCED10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily
Zero noise that can be heard outside the unit — no music, loud talking, TV, or slamming doors.
Outdoor areas (patio, balcony, etc.) must be quiet during quiet hours.
If the guests are too loud and disrupt the property, this can result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
2. No Parties
Absolutely NO parties or gatherings.
If there is any sign of a party, this can result in a cancellation of the reservation without any refund and any additional cleaning fees.
3. No Smoking or Drugs
Non-smoking property
Evidence of any smoking inside the unit or use of drugs = $500 fine + full deodorization/cleaning costs.
4. No Pets Allowed
Evidence of pets on the premises = $250 fee + possible removal + full cleaning costs.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp
Late check-out without prior approval:– $100 for 1 hour– Full nightly rate after 1 hour
After 10:00 PM check-in? Text estimated arrival time at least 2 hours in advance and text again once you’ve arrived safely.
6. Security & Monitoring
Outdoor Ring/doorbell cameras are active 24/7 for safety and compliance.
No indoor cameras in living spaces.
7. Damage, Missing Items & Personal Belongings
You are 100% responsible for any damage or missing items.
Report accidents immediately
Host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
8. Owner’s Property
All furniture, décor, grills, etc. must stay inside the unit or on the property.
9. Treat It Like Your Own Home
This is a residential building. Respect neighbors’ privacy and peace at all times.
Keep walkways clear, don’t slam doors, and be courteous.
10. Local Laws & FinesYou agree to follow all city ordinances (noise, parking, trash, occupancy).
Any fines issued to us will be passed to you + $100 admin fee.
11. Host Availability
We’re here for you 24/7 via text or app
.Issues after 10:00 PM may be handled the next morning unless it’s an emergency (flood, fire, lockout).
FINAL AGREEMENT
By booking this property, every guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all House Rules above. No exceptions. Violation of any rule gives us the right to terminate the stay immediately, retain all payments, and charge additional fees.
