In an immediate need of an extended stay spacious and comfortable apartment? Our fully furnished, home provides quick, hassle-free check-ins and 48-hour move-ins, ensuring you're settled and comfortable right away.
This furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has lots of space at 970 sqft and features a fully equipped kitchen, smart home appliances, and a King-size bed as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom is also spacious, equipped with a garden tub and a seperae shower, and double vanities. A washer and dryer set is included in the unit. You'll also find a dining table and a workstation with dedicated high-speed 600mb Internet connection, both wired and wireless. Additionally, a Google Personal Home Assistant can be set up to assist you in finding local shops and restaurants nearby.
IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government-issued IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $350 for 1st pet, $250 for 2nd pet, (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: If you have a balcony, ensure you use safety gates for young children.
Parking Rules: Follow parking guidelines - Park in designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap spaces, and reserved areas without a tag. Request reserved space if needed.
