Welcome home to your penthouse suite in the heart of Charlotte! Come enjoy the floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you one of the best views of the Queen City. Kick your feet up and relax in the living room while watching your favorite Netflix or Hulu show, or hang out on the shared balcony to take in all of the sights and sounds of Charlotte. We know it is that view is tough to leave, but this 1BR is just steps from the heart of Uptown and an easy Lightrail ride from fun local neighborhoods.

The Space:
The penthouse is ideal for the traveling professional or couple looking for an authentic Charlotte experience.

The condo itself features one large bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom features a King bed with a new memory foam mattress and TV while the luxurious bathroom has a to-die-for shower.

The living room is cozy, complete with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV with countless entertainment options including new movie releases, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, ESPN and Pandora which can be enjoyed through the surround sound speakers.

Free wireless internet is provided and an Amazon Echo is available to answer all your questions.

We attempted to stay true to the design of the property by furnishing it with pieces that only enhance the urban feel of the condo.

While the property is technically in Uptown Charlotte, it is just far enough away from all the noise to enjoy a quite and comfortable stay.

The space is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a careless stay. All linens, towels and hygiene products are provided. Coffee is provided for free.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Please note: our apartment is in a very secure location and requires a few steps to gain entry. You will have to enter a code to get inside the gate to the parking garage, retrieve keys, and then head up to the unit. We will provide detailed instructions prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Uptown Charlotte is the center of the city and the heart of all your entertainment needs. Countless restaurants, bars, museums and sports venues are nearby and all of other popular neighborhoods are close by.

For those looking to travel for work then our loft is ideal for you as well. The loft is a few blocks and an easy walk away from numerous Fortune 500 companies and all major bank headquarters.

Getting Around:
There are many public bus stop close by and any location in Uptown Charlotte can be quickly reached by foot.

We provide a dedicated parking in a gated parking area next to the unit.

Walking and Uber is a great way to get around as well.

Other Things to Note:
No partying or excessive noise is allowed. This is a quiet and enjoyable neighborhood and we want to keep it that way.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
