• Full use of the entire condo except one small, locked owner’s closet (used by our cleaning staff)

• You are able to purchase a day pass to use PGA Nationals pool and Spa services. Book directly on their website.

• Russo Park is a 10 minute drive away with access to tennis and pickle ball courts

•Lilac Park is a 10 minute drive away with access to pickle ball courts





🚫 Please Note

• Pick-up trucks, motorcycles, vans, and all other types of trucks are not permitted in any PGA parking lots. This is a strict HOA rule, and we unfortunately cannot make exceptions.

• Overnight parking for motorcycles or vans is not allowed in PGA.

• We only host guests with at least 2 positive reviews from prior Airbnb stays.

• The primary renter must be 25+ years old.





🚫 House & Community Rules

• Trucks and pickup trucks are not allowed to park within the community (HOA rule).

• Please remove your shoes inside the condo to help us maintain a clean, allergen-free space.

•Only guests staying at the townhouse will be registered at Security. After 9pm a valid ID is required to enter the PGA National gated community.

•Small dogs allowed. Pet fee of $100. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after your pet
