The Space:

Step inside and feel instantly at ease. Rich whitewashed shiplap walls, warm hardwood style flooring, and soaring vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere that feels far larger than its footprint suggests. A striking palette of ocean blue and soft white runs throughout the space, from the dramatic floor to ceiling teal velvet curtains and plush accent chairs to the curated artwork and coastal accessories that make every corner feel like it was styled for a magazine shoot. The fully equipped kitchen is a true standout, featuring crisp white shaker cabinetry, gleaming quartz countertops, a statement farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances including a full range and microwave, and a breakfast bar that seats three comfortably. The serene main floor bedroom is dressed in luxurious all white linens and adorned with stunning blue abstract artwork that brings the coastal palette full circle. A loft above provides additional sleeping space, giving The Geode the flexibility to comfortably host up to 6 guests across two queens, a bunk bed, and a convertible sofa. Outside, the elevated covered porch is the crown jewel of the experience. Furnished with all weather wicker seating and open to sweeping views of the Firefly community and the rolling Hill Country horizon, it is the perfect place to unwind morning, afternoon, or long after the stars come out. Sleeps up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. 2 parking spots. Not pet friendly.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.



Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
