A delightfully spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, comfortably sleeping 6 (+1 little one).

Fully kitted out with all the facilities any group would need to create a home from home (including a surround sound + LCD entertainment system and a washer/dryer).

Two roomy balconies overlooking the glorious valley below provide a perfect place to enjoy the stunning beauty of this mountain range.

The large lounge/dining area provides a lovely, relaxing place to unwind and catch-up on the days events in front of the open log fire before heading down to the pool/sauna/jacuzzi.

Pretty Good

I stayed there from 03-01-2011 till 09-01-2011 and it was realy good!! Everything is as it is wroten in the details and as it looks in the photos. Very worm and very luxurious!! And the people there are very helpfoul and pleasant!! The only wrong the apartment had was that there weren't ANYONE to come and give us new sheets and towels!!We stayed there 6days and a change in these things WAS NEEDED!!! And from the office in Bansko that will give you the keys you are told from the begging that you MUST left it as you found it..CLEAN!!everything must be cleaned!!EVEN the glasses or plates and spoons!!And if not you would get a 50levs charge!!!

Thanks for writing a review of the apartment. I'm glad you stayed with us and obviously are very pleased that you found the apartment luxurious and everything that you expected. Regarding the towels/sheets it's standard practice in apartments to have a change of linen once per week. As your stay was for 6 days the change of linen wasn't due and i'm sorry that you found this an inconvenience. It is also quite standard in self catering apartments to leave the apartment roughly as you found it so i'm grateful that you did this. Obviously we do have cleaners who ensure that anything not done is cleaned up ready for the next guests. Bansko Ski Apartment

A nice apartment with nice lounge and bedrooms, nicely furnished with reasonable storage space. Located around 5 minutes walk to the gondola and restaurants Kitchen was quite well equipped for our needs with fridge freezer, hob, oven and microwave The shower room is quite compact and could do with a refurb but is ok

Thanks for spending the week with us and for your feedback. We're due a refurb at the end of the current season which will include a refit of the shower room to ensure use of space is maximised.

Great property in a great location .

Lovely apartment 2 minutes from Gondola . We slept 5 adults in it comfortably .i would recommend booking , we will be coming back .

very comfortable, just what you nedd

very comfortable, well equipped apartment, close enough to the gondola. All basic facilities available in the kitchinette. Recommended for a family with 1-2 children. Climate/temperature in the apartment was fine. Pool and jacuzzi in the basement is a plus. Tought tired after a day of ski, children enjoyed it very much

great location & spa/pool facilities, helpful staf

The noise from the apartment above was terrible. We could hear their conversations and using the toilet. They kept us awake until 5am on one night and 3am on another! Kristina was great and did help alleviate the noise for us. The apartment was spacious, had a great layout and was clean but basic. The cooking essentials were very limited. The shower issue was resolved quickly by staff.

Lovely Spacious Aparment - Close to the Gondola

Myself and 3 friend enjoyed a lovely week in Bansko, we stayed at this apartment in the Predala building. The apartment was light, spacious and airy - with plenty of room for the whole group (even with an abudance of Ski Clothing!), the rooms are a very good size and the whole apartment is well equiped and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The buliding has a lovely spa area, with a decent size pool, sauna and large Jacuzzi Hot tub - perfect to rest those muscles after a day on the slopes! If you are looking for self catering accomodation in Bankso, I would not look further than this apartment!

Great apartment in ideal location

Apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived, in a great location and very spacious with all amenities described. Pool & spa clean and nice to come back to after a day's skiing. Liason with the owner before the holiday was great, with any questions we had being answered promptly. Fire in the apartment, and being left wood to burn, was a really nice touch. Only criticism is that it was a battle to get our deposit back at the end of our stay (or should I say, it was a battle to get anyone to come and check the apartment - once someone had, out deposit was returned promptly), despite leaving the apartment clean and tidy as requested. A mixture of the language barrier, unhelpful and rude reception staff (not all, some were incredibly helpful) and different people on reception giving incorrect information sadly meant a stressful last day/night. Other than that, apartment was great and we would still recommend.

The perfect Bansko getaway!

I first stayed in this property in 2009 and returned again in 2010. It really does provide the perfect base for a Bansko skiing holiday. The apartment is located just a short 2-3 minute walk from the gondola lift, as well being extremely well located for the excellent Mexana restaurants and the bars in the main Bansko town. For the more adventurous, Bansko old town is just a short stroll further on. The Bansko resort provides a really good range of pistes for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. Our group consisted of a mix across the three categories and we all found plenty of slopes to challenge us. The apartment itself is really well kept, with all the necessary mod-cons, including TV and DVD player. It comfortably accommodated the 6 adults in our group. The pool wasn't open the first year I visited and so proved an additional welcome suprise when I returned earlier this year. Renting the apartment proved hassle-free and I am already planning my trip for 2011!

A fantastic trip 3 times over!

ive now been to this apartment twice in 3 years and have booked to go back in the new year! the apartment has everything that you would ever need and is fully equiped with quality appliances and furniture along with an LCD TV and DVD player for those lazy nights in after a hard day on the slopes. each time that i have been, there has been 6 guests in the apartment and we have been very comfortably accomodated without being cramped or struggling for space. over all, Bansko is a fantastic resort for any beginner skiier looking to spread their wings and also has some good terrain for any advanced skiier if youre willing to adventure off piste and off into the back country. also the terrain park caters for any boarders or freestyle skiiers looking to brush up on their slope style moves. thorougly reccomended and im definatley looking forward to my trip in the new year. Mr Barker was more than helpful with any information needed and was prompt to reply to any enquiries which also helped alot on our first trip to a new resort.
