This is a fully furnished private studio conveniently connected to Seoul Station via direct underground access. Located in the heart of the city, it offers excellent connectivity to major attractions, with a direct airport train available.
The unit is a south-facing studio on a high floor, offering an open view of Mt. Gwanak. Residents have access to shared building amenities such as a fitness center, yoga room, and lounge. The building is well-maintained and secure, with entry controlled by a resident key card system.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a convenience store, a café, and Olive Young (drugstore).
Please note:
- This is a non-smoking indoor space.
- Excessive noise, pets, and parking are not allowed.
- Towels and toiletries are not provided (as required by Korean regulations).
