Lovely and tastefully decorated, this lovely 44 m² apartment is on the 11th floor by lift. It's also near various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two. Additionally, there's a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Spaces may appear larger due to wide-angle photography. The apartment is cozy and efficiently designed.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The bus stop is just right outside the building.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
