The staff were really nice and I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel is a lot older and very worn down, needs major upgrading. in person, it was not at all like in the pictures posted on Vrbo. Our room specifically was clean, however old worn and dated. The sink fixture in the bathroom was loose. the tub wasn’t dirty, but also worn to the point where you can’t really scrub it to make it look super clean. The toilet water pressure was very lacking, Emmy air-conditioning unit was very outdated and old. It worked, however, was on the noisier side.When we got there, two of the elevators didn’t work. The beds were old-school boxspring and mattresses and not wrapped in any kind of bedbug proof sleeve or case. Looked thoroughly, I did not see any bugs however I was left me, wondering.again, I just would like to reiterate that the staff were very nice, the hotel is not as posted in the VRBO listing, it’s very old, dated, and rundown.
