気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We were supposed to check in at 4pm but the host allowed us in at 10pm. We were not communicated with about the delay either. With kids, we had to wait outside in cold weather for hours. The door code we received did not work, they didn’t fix it so we couldn’t leave the house because if we did, we wouldn’t be able to get back in. The host sent their cleaning lady to help us get in the house, but she couldn’t help us either. They had a brilliant idea to climb up the bathroom window to eat us in from the inside, which was misunderstood by the neighbours so we had a visit from the officers. Stressed everybody out. The house did not have enough toilet paper, paper towel, a kettle, detergent, and a curtain. Everyone can see the inside so you got no privacy. The host visited us to apologise in the morning without communicating with us, and peaked through, which weirded us out. The same day, the host wanted to kick us out because we were staying 9 people in a house that welcomes 10 people. There are 4 queen beds and 2 sofas we can easily host 10 people but the host assumed 1 person would stay instead of 9. He threatened to call authorities on us if we didn’t pay extra. I spent hours talking to customer service on the phone explaining our situation. We left the house after 2 days even though we reserved for 5 days. The last drop was when we found ants everywhere. They got in our beds too. I’m completely mind blown when I think about this awful stay.
