First of all you falsely advertise a whole beautiful house and nowhere mention in the listing that you're sequestered to an old dirty moldy basement efficiency. Walked in and instantly hit with an overwhelming smell of mold. The floor from one side to the other was so filthy no one wanted to take their shoes off. Most of the lights and switches didn't work. The kitchen was bare bones. We didn't even have oven mitts to remove our food from the oven. The beds/linens are comparable to prison quality. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold.4 towels for 4 adults. And no linen for the bathroom. The toilet constantly runs and is loud from the main bedroom. The shower wasn't working and my husband had to do some corrections just so I can get a shower.The blinds in the queen bedroom are broken and so you cannot sleep with all the light coming in combined with the terrible beds. All the furniture is falling apart. And they instruct you to take the garbage to a dump with a key but there's no key. They instruct you to use an amenities key for the community amenities but that wasn't provided as well. The game room and the hot tub were nice for the kids but overall this is the worst accommodations we've ever stayed in and it ruined our Thanksgiving.
