The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, and the open living area is perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring fresh linens, cozy bedding, and plenty of storage space.

Outside, your private oasis awaits — enjoy the sparkling pool, covered patio, and landscaped backyard filled with tropical plants and a lovely butterfly garden. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach!

Families will appreciate the crib, changing table, pack ’n play, highchair, and toys, making travel with little ones easy and stress-free.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the pool, patio, and yard.
You’ll also have free on-site parking and fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Other things to note

The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and we ask that you drive slow down Canal drive as there are children. You are also close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Beaches and parks are just a short drive away — perfect for morning walks or sunset views.

The pool is not heated.

NO open flame or fires anywhere inside or outside of the property. The firepit in the backyard that is NOT to be used.
Do not touch any of the garden areas or flower beds. We have multiple butterfly gardens w/Monarchs and do not want any of the caterpillars touched

We are originally from the Northwest where we also host other properties. We live in Florida most of the year and rent our home out when we are out of town. We love travelling and staying in other short term rentals to experience the local feel. We have 2 small children and enjoy the outdoors and exploring.

We chose this neighborhood because it was one of the only locations with larger pieces of land with no HOA and close to the ocean and 95. The neighborhood is very friendly and most people know each other.

We have 1 of the only 2 story homes in the neighborhood that sits on approx .5 acres of land and has a massive back yard with a pool and large trees. There is lots of parking up front so you dont have to park on the street.
