Welcome to Sunset Point’s largest and most spacious property! Lazy Dayz is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath professionally decorated Bahamian style villa, one of only a few homes in all of Elbow Cay with a 60’ private dock connected to the villa. Great for large families that enjoy boating, spending time outdoors, or just enjoying the water and sunset views.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have King beds and en-suite bathrooms, with the 3rd floor bedroom also having trundle beds making for a perfect family suite. The villa also has a large, well thought out fully equipped kitchen that any cooking enthusiast would love. The kitchen is complete with all stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets and fixtures, and a large Island that seats 4. Whether you choose to dine inside or outside, each area can comfortably seat your entire party. The Living Room has 2 sectional sofas and additional chairs making it comfortable for all, whether you want to enjoy the water views out the window or watch the big screen TV, there is a seat for everyone.
On the days you want to chill at the Villa, you can find family board games and cards, or browse through the many coffee table books that highlight different aspects of the Bahamas. All TVs are Smart TVs and are connected to the network so you can log into your account and watch your favorite shows. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have Satellite TV for live viewing. The 1st floor is equipped with a Sonos speaker system which includes a portable speaker to take poolside.
Need to stay connected with the world back home? High speed internet is available through WiFi or plug in directly using the ethernet port located on the 2nd Floor office area.
The villa offers a full wraparound outdoor terrace with dining area and plunge pool, all surrounded by the most spectacular water and sunset views overlooking the Sea of Abaco. A couple of steps below the terrace is a transitional deck with additional seating for sunbathing or watching the sunset. Just below that is the 60’ private dock with two (2) water and electric stations allowing for families with multiple boats. Located undercover on the terrace is a deep freezer for ice and/or bait. For those of you who like to shower in the fresh air, there is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water located by the pool.
You won’t need to worry about losing power; Sunset Point is equipped with 2 large automatic diesel generators for uninterrupted comfort.
The villa is conveniently located directly across from Abaco Inn making it an easy walk for meals and/or cocktails. Tahiti Beach is just a short golf cart ride away and was voted the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean by Travel and Leisure.
Make sure to book your golf cart to get around to all the great places Elbow Cay has to offer. This truly is a perfect destination for your Elbow Cay escape.
