This was an uncredible stay! My son and I were there fir Spring Break and we had a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful! I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location everything looked New, the only thing was early in The morning the machine out in the lot was very loud we couldn't sleep in late.

The Grove is brand new. The final projects of relocated the main entrance road will be complete by Mid-May. Come back and experience The Grove again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at the Grove. It is still under construction but the condo and pool are extremely nice. I would recommend a golf cart if you plan to go to the beach or travel around town with little kids. The area is super nice and we would stay again in the future. Our only complaint was that the floors were kind of dirty and not mopped. The condo did not also have simple things like salt and pepper, floats for the lazy river, coffee, etc.

Price was high as expected due to long weekend . Parking and condo was good. There was cleaning issue. No additional toilet tissue or towels were provided. Host communication was not reliable. We did enjoy the lazy river which was the main reason for booking this. I report one of the door bathroom lock was broken and was told someone will come to repair it which no one did during our stay. Kitchen faucet was loose. It wasn’t perfect for the high price we paid.

Thank you for sharing your comments. It is common for the property manager to provide the condo start-up with initial supplies of paper products (2 rolls of TP per bathroom, Paper towels and travel size dish soap, hand soap, shampoos and lotions)

We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with everything this property had to offer. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the clean, stylish décor created a relaxing atmosphere throughout. All the basic needs were thoughtfully provided, making our stay easy and enjoyable.The location is fantastic—just a short distance to the beach—and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils we needed. Even the pull-out bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made a big difference for our group.One of our favorite features was the view of the lazy pool from both balconies—such a great spot to unwind. The pavilion area with grills was also very convenient since we brought food to cook, and it added a fun touch to our stay.Communication with the front desk was excellent—quick, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back again!
