With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, guests will have a tremendous night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for added convenience. This superb property also offers amenities like AC, iron, and heating. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. This is an upper apartment and access to it is only available by using the exterior stairway (see pic).

We live next door and own the building the apartment is located in. We are 1 block from Augustana University, and very close to University of Sioux Falls as well. Centrally located close to downtown and many restaurants and coffee shops, parks, etc. Lots of fun’s things to do nearby! Bike trail around the whole city-20 miles approx., for example!
この宿泊施設の特徴
It has been carefully refurbished for maximum comfort, and aesthetic pleasure! Many original pieces of art throughout. Linens are soft and cozy with a vintage flair. Beds are very comfortable. It is a small apartment but contain everything you need, and is very private!
