This private first-floor condo pairs relaxing marsh views and colorful sunsets with convenient access to North Beach, local restaurants and Tybee’s favorite attractions.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom, a second room with a twin daybed and trundle, a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a cozy living area. The second bedroom can also double as a private office, making the retreat a comfortable option for remote workers and traveling professionals.

Step outside to enjoy morning coffee, dinner from the propane grill or a peaceful evening on the deck watching birds and boats along the tidal creek. North Beach is approximately an 8–10-minute walk using the nearby neighborhood route, making Pelican’s Paradise Retreat an inviting home base for couples, small families, friends and anyone looking to experience Tybee’s quieter side.

Please note that this is a first-floor condo with a separate residence and tenants above. Guests enjoy their own private entrance, indoor living space and outdoor area. There is no washer or dryer onsite, but fresh linens and towels are provided for every stay.
