This newly renovated home has four spacious bedrooms and is a single story home. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, and a smart TV to watch your favorite shows. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, workspace, and arcade games. The third bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed, smart TV, and closet. It also includes an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV and closet.

If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the pack n’ play, high chair, and stroller!

-- BATHROOMS --
There are two full bathrooms. The first one is attached to the primary bedroom. The second bathroom is located in the hallway next to the first and second bedrooms. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
After enjoying a day of sightseeing, prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster and blender.

Sip on morning coffee on the back porch with a completely fenced-in backyard. Complimentary coffee and k-cups provided.

When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can head over to the beautiful wood dining table that seats six, plus bar seating. The open kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. If smoking is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.

- NO Pets: If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
