Home Away from Home Private in-home suite, hosts present, perfect for gatherings

“A Home Away From Home” is designed for parents visiting their children. We’ve shared the same experience—visiting our UF student, finding a place to stay, meeting briefly, dining out, and saying goodbye too soon. We realized parents need a true second home: a place to cook a favorite meal, invite classmates to gather, and better understand their child’s campus life. Whether for a visit, birthday, or celebration, this space was created with that purpose in mind.

Highlights – A Home Away From Home
• Private Suite: 3-bedroom, 1-bath suite, quiet and not shared with other guests
• Spacious Common Areas: Large kitchen, dining area, and living room, indoor and outdoor
• Independent Setting: Approximately one acre of land, ample parking, no close neighbors
• Gathering-Friendly: Small gatherings up to 15 people included; overnight guests must match the reservation
• Fully Equipped: Lighting, sound system, projector, board games, and various outdoor amenities
• Enjoy a worry-free, comfortable, and secure stay. We live on the other side of the property and share the same main entrance; however, your suite is completely private. We will not enter your suite or disturb your activities unless you invite us to assist or request cleaning services. Each room in the suite is provided with three keys, and we do not keep any spare keys. Please take good care of the keys, as we will be unable to unlock the room if they are lost.
.• We have a few fluffy and feathery little friends—parrots staying cozy in the sunroom and a kitty who only appears at mealtime—and they never enter the guest suite or disturb your stay。 .• Quiet & Safe: Gatherings typically conclude by midnight (except New Year’s Eve)
