Dream Lakeside Retreat at Lake Martin

Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Martin, this fully renovated 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is the epitome of luxury and comfort. This recently enhanced residence presents a spacious and inviting layout designed to accommodate every family member's desire for comfort and relaxation. Boasting a private dock and an expansive upper deck, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views and direct access to the lake’s crystal-clear waters. Not shown is a recently installed gym, pool table and ping pong table. Custom flagstone pool and hot tub will be completed in late March 2026.

With new flooring throughout, three completely renovated bathrooms and a newly introduced game room in the basement for kids to enjoy, it is sure to be the best family vacation ever. There is a main floor master bedroom with brand new bathroom. The basement bunk room has a 65” TV and the main basement area has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, PAC Man arcade system, gym, board games, sports balls, fishing poles, sofa, chairs as well as another 65” smart TV. The basement bathroom has been completely remodeled. All new stairs throughout the home brings another touch of elegance. The large living room seats 8 while the dining room seats 8 and the kitchen seats 9. There is seating outside near the fire pit and on the deck, there is a huge sofa with ottomans and more. There is no shortage of space in this home or outside.

We celebrated my husband’s 60th at the lovely Willow at Lake Martin. The home is breathtaking and exuded luxury, felt like home and the host was very helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and communicated quickly all the time. A VRBO stocked with all the necessities and amenities for all of our guess. The experience was amazing!

Campbell family vacation.

We had an amazing time! The neighbor was extremely nice we even took her granddaughter out with us. I would definitely recommend renting this house. The owners answered me almost immediately when we had questions. One of the best vacations at Lake Martin!

Beautiful home

We unfortunately were together due to a loss of a loved one but the house gave us a chance to be all together. The owner was very nice and gracious. Lots of rooms and main area gave us a chance to fellowship. Only item that was challenging was it is a very steep driveway so beware and plan accordingly. dow with one vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house, especially the quiet cove location, which was perfect for swimming, relaxing, and getting away from the busier areas of the lake. The newly added swimming pool was also a wonderful addition and a feature our family really enjoyed.As this is a newer acquisition for the owner, we did encounter a few maintenance and housekeeping items upon arrival that we felt should have been addressed beforehand, particularly for the price point. However, what stood out most was the owner’s attentiveness and genuine desire to create a great experience for his guests. He was extremely responsive, personally apologized, and promptly addressed every concern we brought to his attention.We also greatly appreciated that the home is pet friendly. Our dogs are part of our family, and our lake trips always include them, so it means a lot when homeowners are willing to welcome pets and trust responsible pet owners to care for their homes while enjoying their stay.It’s clear he is committed to continually improving the property and creating a true oasis for renters. We appreciated his openness to feedback and dedication to making each guest’s experience better. With the continued improvements he is making, we have no doubt this will become a property that many families will want to add to their favorites list and return to year after year.
