The loft even has its own half bathroom (pink, of course!) and a get-ready-with-me area so everyone has space to glam up together. This property is only about 15 minutes away from Dollywood, 25 minutes to Gatlinburg/Ripley's Aquarium, and about 5 minutes or less from Pigeon Forge (Three Bears General Store, The Gem Mine, The Island). Kroger, Publix, Food City, Target, and Walmart are all within 25 minutes of the property. (depends on traffic!) LOCATION IS AMAZING.

★ SMOKE-FREE HOME ★
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees to restore the space.

★ DIRECTIONS TO COWGIRL DREAM CABIN ★

1. Start at The Island and head northwest on Island Drive / Parkway (US-441) toward traffic light #3.

2. Continue on the Parkway toward the Wears Valley Rd (Traffic Light #3).

3. At Light #3, turn right onto Wears Valley Road.

4. Drive approximately 0.6 miles, then turn left onto Valley Heights Drive.

5. After about 0.4 miles, turn left onto Sequoia Road.

Warbonnet Way will be on your right. The first row of ranchers.

539 Warbonnet Way will be at the end of the street on the left.

Look for the PINK DOOR.
