Together with a renowned local architect, a trusted custom builder and decorated with custom lighting accents and furnishings hand-selected by the designer this property is sure to please the aesthetic eye.

No attention to detail was spared in the creation of this private yet open home. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, and washer and dryer.

The house has its own private entrance. All windows and doors are laden with custom blinds for additional privacy. Located in the heart of NoDa, you are just minutes from Uptown Charlotte. This location is surrounded with amazing local restaurants and nightlife. Experience this comfortable, modern 3 bedroom house for your next Charlotte outing.

The guests have access to the whole property besides the Tiny House in the backyard. The Tiny House and the Main House are rented out separately and have separate backyards.

Nice and clean home in great location; walking distance to restaurants, breweries and NODA neighborhood. We enjoyed taking the train (walking distance from the home) to explore Uptown Charlotte. The fenced backyard was great for our dog and the host provided great communication for our stay.

It’s a nice house in an eclectic neighborhood. The pups and I really enjoyed walking around; cool architecture for me and several treat and stick stations for the dogs.

The location was perfect! We were walking distance to downtown Noda and Optimist Hall. The house had a very large yard which was perfect for our fur babies! Highly recommend this property. Our host, Adam was super accommodating and extremely responsive.

Location was perfect, very pet friendly. Lots of room. Communication with the owner was flawless, and they allowed us an early check-in free of charge. Most towels were dingy and stained with makeup. There was lots of hair on the comforter and sheets. The home smelled a little musty but we brought our own air purifier which seemed to help. The floors creaked more than normal. The owner may want to review the cleaning process to ensure that it is being done correctly.
