From the moment you enter, natural light and wide-open water views fill the home. The main floor features an open, airy layout with a large round dining table, a reclining sectional, and two 65" TVs for movie nights or watching boats pass by.

Upstairs Twin-over-Full Bunk Room
A dedicated workspace and full bathroom are also located upstairs. The living room includes a cozy sofa bed for additional guests. All bathrooms include towels, hair dryers, and essentials.
Boater-Friendly Amenities
This property includes a 20,000-lb boat lift with deep-water access — a rare and highly desirable feature in this area.
Boat-lift use requires advance notice and a $300 (non-refundable) setup fee to prepare and stage the lift for safe operation.
Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy furnished patio seating, a fire pit, and sweeping open-water views. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or relaxing under the coastal evening sky.

The home sits directly across from the Tarpon Springs Yacht Club, giving you gorgeous daily sea breezes and a calming view of the water. On weekends, you can even hear the faint sound of live music drifting over from the club — just enough to add charm without disturbing the quiet atmosphere.
