The resort sits on 22 acres of oceanfront grounds with gardens, koi ponds, streams with mountains in the background. It is within walking distance to tide pool, snorkeling, and surfing beaches, restaurants, championship golfing.

The two bedroom / two bathroom condo has plenty of room for a family. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The second bedroom will have either two twin beds or a queen bed (you can request your preference at check-in when unit is assigned, but please note your bed preference will be honored based on availability and is not guaranteed). The queen-sized pull-out couch sleeps an additional two people. The villa comes with a large lanai. The condo has a full kitchen that is fully equipped, and also has a washer & dryer. There are three TV’s, a dvd player and WIFI. There is also a complimentary computer in the resort lobby.

The resort has a beautiful lagoon style pool, two hot tubs, a poolside grill bar and restaurant and daily activities..

The on-site fitness center has extensive exercise equipment and steam and sauna rooms. There are many barbecues throughout the property for your personal use. The activities center has snorkeling equipment, pool noodles, towels, ice chests, or sign up for the free scuba diving lessons.

The concierge can assist you with all your reservation needs from a sunset/snorkeling cruise to golfing at the award winning Poipu Golf Course; kayaking up the Wailua River, a zip line adventure.

The location of the resort is on the south side of the island of Kauai. Kauai gets a lot of rain. That is why it is so green and beautiful. From my experience this part of the island always seems to have better weather overall if you like the beach or hanging out by the pools.
Pease note there is a Hawaii transient tax that has to be pd directly at the resort.
