The Space:

Step inside our cozy studio loft and discover a thoughtfully designed space on the 5th floor, easily accessible via elevator. This single-level home offers a seamless flow, perfect for a relaxing stay. The main living area combines a comfortable sleeping space with a functional living area. Enjoy a king-size bed with fresh linens and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a restful night's sleep. The room features room-darkening shades for a peaceful atmosphere. The studio also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. You'll find all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, including cookware, dishes, and silverware. A dining table provides a comfortable space for enjoying your meals. The studio also includes a private patio or balcony, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city view. High-speed internet is available throughout the studio, along with a TV for your entertainment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and we provide towels, shampoo, and shower gel. Additional amenities include a ceiling fan, heating, and air conditioning. For your convenience, we also provide a hairdryer, iron, and a safe. The studio is designed for comfort and functionality, ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of Mexico City.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio loft, a private and comfortable space designed for relaxation and convenience. This includes the main living area with a king-size bed, the fully equipped kitchen, the private patio or balcony offering city views, and the private bathroom. You'll also have access to high-speed internet throughout the studio. The building offers step-free access via elevator, ensuring ease of movement. Please note that while the studio itself is private, the building may have other residents or guests. The building also has common areas where the guests do not have access.

The Metrobús, a dedicated bus rapid transit system, also has convenient stops along Avenida Chapultepec, offering another efficient way to explore. For those arriving by air, the studio is approximately a 30-45 minute taxi or Uber ride from Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX). Paid parking is available off-site, offering a secure option for guests who prefer to drive. Travel times to key destinations like the historic center and popular neighborhoods are typically short, making it easy to experience the best of Mexico City.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability, so please inquire in advance. Paid parking is available off-site. The building has an elevator for easy access to the 5th-floor studio. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and residents in the building. As per our house rules, please close what you open, return what you borrow, turn off what you turn on, fix what you break, take care of what you use, and clean up any mess. We want to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone! Smoking is not permitted in the studio. Pets are not allowed. Our host, Leticia, will welcome you upon arrival and is available during your stay for any assistance or recommendations you may need.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be there for you during your stay, either for questions or comments from the department, or help with any recommendation or situation with your day. The level of interaction is up to you, our host Leticia will be available in the building, and it is she who will receive you on the first day.
