気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
First, the check-in time listed on the site was 4:00 PM, but after arrival we were told we could not check in until 5:00 PM. The host was also very unprofessional with communication and did not provide important information unless we repeatedly reached out first.
When we entered the property, there was a very strong marijuana odor throughout the home that has not gone away. Additionally, there were no linens provided whatsoever, and nowhere in the listing did it state that guests needed to bring their own. There were no sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use.
The property was also not properly cleaned before arrival. There was open leftover food in the refrigerator, dishes left in the sink, and the overall condition felt unsanitary.
We were never provided with internet/Wi-Fi information, and when we contacted the host for assistance, there was no response. There were also no basic paper products provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags.
The property did not meet basic hospitality or cleanliness standards and several advertised expectations were not fulfilled.
