Beautiful Get-away

Very spacious home. Many areas to have gatherings. Nice furniture all over the house and a nice patio. The game room is the best part for the teens and tweens. We will stay again when in the area.

Amazing Property

The property is exactly as online. The neighborhood was really nice and SAFE, the surroundings felt safe which is very important to my family and I. The neighborhood was also very quiet. We had an itinerary for each day we were there and the property was close to all of the places on the itinerary. We didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the property like we wanted to because of the itinerary, we were on the go, but we definitely enjoyed the time we were there!

I want this house 😊

This home is amazing! Me and my family didn’t want to leave. The best place we have occupied. I surprised my Dad he had no idea where he was going, and being here and doing things while here made his vacation in Georgia memorable. He called everyone and told them about the house 😂.. I felt at home as well which inspired myself to want a home just like this one … we enjoyed the playroom it was nice to see my father be a kid again! I also learned how to play pool myself which I don’t think I would have.. now I’ve played pool before but it was something about my dad showing me how made me actually play.. The home was clean inside and out they are really on it when it come to that.. very well kept!

Beautiful Home

This house is absolutely beautiful! Just like the pictures! This was a girls trip and we had a great time! Tony, was amazing, he was there every time I texts or called for information! I would love to stay at this home again! However, there are two things that need upgrades. The pots and pans; and the beds are way to low in the two upstairs bedrooms. Especially, if you have trouble with your back or knees... But overall 10 stars!!!

Vacation Wedding Weekend

The House is beautiful.. The decor is amazing The family really enjoyed ourselves. My only request, when the home is not occupied, someone need to spray on a regular basis. Other than that, we most certainly look forward to using the same owner, moving forward.

Phenomenal House--Perfect in Every Way!!

Our recent stay at this beautiful home in Duluth, GA was absolutely wonderful. The home had every amenity one would want. And, the property managers, Tony Phan and Hai Dinh, are the best on the planet. They were great communicators and provided me with loads of helpful information about check-in and check-out procedures, house features, and local area points of interest. I highly recommend this property to any family planning to visit in the greater Atlanta area!!

Family visit

The house was beautiful, pictures did not deceive at all! We took full advantage of the garage that had a basketball game, pool table, air hockey, and a treadmill. Great to have! If you are using the house as more of a hotel, this is the place for you. We planned on doing some cooking and found that beyond utensils, nothing was provided in the house. We even had to purchase salt and pepper. If you don’t cook in the house, then no problem here! There also was the lack of cleaning supplies in the home. There was not even a spray to wipe down surfaces. I would return without hesitation, trips to the grocery store were quick and easy given the location of the home.

We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at this home! This homeowner chooses not to provide kitchen supplies beyond the industry standard amount for hygienic reasons. We plan to update the listing accordingly so that future guests aren't caught off guard. Thanks for letting us know! Best, the Evolve Team
