Welcome to Notodden Luxe Apartment. This is a modern, fully equipped two-bedroom apartment with a good standard and practical features designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances if you prefer to prepare your own meals. The living room is spacious and features a 75” Smart TV, and underfloor heating throughout ensures a comfortable temperature year-round. The bathroom is modern and functional.

You have a private entrance, free parking right outside, and a small outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Absprache mit dem Vermieter zur Klärung der Haustechnik war problemlos. Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus ist auch sehr praktisch. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Bedenken empfehlen.

I enjoy renovating homes, spending time on the water, staying active, and exploring new places whenever work allows. Hosting gives me the opportunity to meet people from around the world and help them have a smooth and enjoyable stay while visiting the area.

I aim to make your stay simple, comfortable, and welcoming — a place where you can relax and feel at home.

chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet, safe, and close to everything you need. A large Spar grocery store is only 300 meters away (about a 5-minute walk). Viva Napoli pizza is 600 m away, and the town center is about 1 km from the apartment with pubs, restaurants, shops, and takeaways. The train and bus station is around 1.5 km away, where you’ll also find the cinema, cultural center, and Vinmonopolet.

Notodden is a small town of about 11,000 residents, so it’s calm and easy to get around. There isn’t always a lot happening, but the surrounding nature is beautiful with great hiking and outdoor opportunities. The town is also part of the UNESCO World Heritage site Rjukan–Notodden Industrial Heritage, reflecting its unique history in hydroelectric power and industry.

It’s a peaceful place with everything you need nearby and great nature right outside your door.
