This beautiful, Victorian-style home is a perfect getaway. Located just off the square in historic Lynchburg, TN, it`s a short walk to the world-famous Jack Daniel`s Distillery. There are lots of places to relax; rocking chairs on the front porch, Adirondack chairs and corn-hole in the backyard. You can also visit Tim`s Ford Lake or enjoy the southern hospitality of Miss Mary Bobo`s restaurant. The beds and furnishings are all very comfortable! Check out @lynchburggetaway on Instagram

This unique home was originally built in the 1850’s and has lots of charm. The driveway leads to a walking bridge that crosses the creek from Jack Daniel’s and leads you right into the square of historic downtown Lynchburg. It is a very short walk to the Jack Daniel’s distillery and convenient to all the amenities Lynchburg has to offer. The beds and furniture are all new and great care has been taken to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant.

You will have access to the entire property (excluding the garage/shop), including Adirondack chairs and Cornhole in the backyard.

We are as available as a guest would like for us to be. You will be provided with a code to the door lock, which will give you easy access to the property and our property manager lives just a few miles from Lynchburg.

Great location! Nicely decorated. Loved the old house with the high celings and transoms and old wood. Good air. Could have been cleaned better. Some old coffee and water left from the previous stay and cobwebs,some minor maintenance issues. Great responsive communication! We would stay again.

Walk to everything

Once you park and unload at the Mulberry house, you never have to get in the car again until you leave. Plenty of restaurants and sight seeing opportunities within walking distance. We will definitely be Coming back!!

Loved our stay!

Justin was very easy to work with. The house was easy to find, and lovely! I was reminder of my grandmothers house when I was growing up. I was a bit concerned about the walk ability having never been there before. Glad to say my concerns were unfounded. Everything was within walking distance. We had a great time!

Great Stay in Lynchburg

House was great, very spacious and clean. Thankful for the hiking and restaurant recommendations provided in the book in the house. Machine Falls was a great hike and had a delicious meal at Emil’s. Nice to be able to walk to town and to Jack Daniel’s. Easy drives to Tim’s Ford State Park, George Dickel and Uncle Nearest distilleries.

Amazing Property!

We loved the property - everything had been thought of, a real 'home from home'. Plentiful supplies, excellent facilities, super decor and we loved the beautiful garden at the back and the porch at the front! Justin was communicative throughout our stay and an excellent host. We met a lovely guy from C&M Lawn Services in Lynchburg who had come to do some gardening work at the property. He was very polite and even asked if we minded the mower being on (which of course we didn't). We really could not fault the property although we should have researched a bit more on the local area, as everything closes at between 5 and 6pm!!

Great location

We love staying at this cute house! Great location and you can walk to downtown Lynchburg and jack daniels. It has great amenities too! We will definitely be renting again.

Looking Forward To Stay

We had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to flu quarantine. Justin was awesome and understanding and more than happy to allow us to reschedule for a date later in the year. We’re looking forward to the trip and our stay with Justin. If the property is half as nice as Justin, it will be fantastic.

Niece’s 21st

We were celebrating my niece’s 21st birthday and wanted to travel the Whiskey Trail. The house was clean. The bed I slept in, which was in the back of the house was comfortable. The two front bedrooms are next to each other. You do have to walk through a bedroom to get to the front bathroom. We did not use the stove. We ate out. The house is comfortable and real close to everything if you want to get food in town. Go early. The sidewalks roll up about 6:30. I recommend this house.

Our honeymoon

We loved this little nostalgic house nestled in the heart of Lynchburg! We came for our honeymoon and to visit the Jack Daniel's distillery. Everything was in walking distance from the house. The visitor center for our tour was about a 5 minute walk. The town square with shops for the distillery along with some places to eat were also in walking distance (2 minutes over the bridge directly across from the driveway). The owner was quick to respond to any questions and had a handy little book with a guide to the area. It was a fabulous quiet stay. 10/10 recommend!

Girls Weekend

This house is amazing! It was perfect for our girls weekend, celebrating mom's 6th birthday! She absolutely loved it. Perfect to hang out and share some laughs. The porch is perfect to sit and rock and enjoy a cup of coffee, that they provide. Felt like home with a piece of heaven. I would 100% visit again. Thank you for sharing this with us!
