Awesome Brian Head loft, Come Ski, Bike, and Hike!

Our studio loft is the perfect place to relax and take in the mountains at the highest resort town in Utah. Located right across the street from the Navajo Lodge at Brian Head Resort you are just steps away from all your recreational needs, no matter the season!

This cozy cabin style condo with loft bedroom and bunk beds comes with a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, cable TV, a clubhouse with game room, pool, and hot tub, as well as a small wrap around deck to enjoy views of the mountains.

The space
Our cabin-style studio condo is clean, cozy and the perfect home base for your Brian Head vacation. Whip up a gourmet dinner in our newly updated kitchen, or just pop some popcorn and watch a movie on the comfy couch. The loft is equipped with closet, private en-suit bathroom and Epic views from the bedroom window. Our place is great for families as we also have a bunk bed nook perfect for their own private space!

We have one of the few condos with wrap around decks so you can enjoy the views of Brian Head at multiple angles! Be warned, however that those beautiful views do come at a small cost. There is no elevator in the Timberbrook condos and this condo is on the third floor. But your eyes (and heart) will thank you for making the trek up the stairs and our comfortable new mattress will be the perfect place to rest!

You are so close to the ski resort, you can take the free shuttle that picks you up right outside the front door of the building, or you can walk (we've walked it in ski boots with no problem!) You are also driving distance from Bryce Canyon, Zion National park and Cedar Breaks National Monument.

Another great amenity is the complex's clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna and gameroom. We spend hours swimming with our kids when we are at the condo. This pool is open year round!

Lastly, we have covered parking! It's so nice when it's snowing out to unpack all your gear in a heated garage.

Guest access
You have the entire studio condo to yourself, access to free covered parking, walking distance to ski resort, walking distance to grocery store and liquor store. Walking distance to hiking trails and outdoor recreation. On the free shuttle route.

Other things to note
There is NO elevator! You are on the third floor, fourth if you’re coming from the garage. This is a very high elevation ski resort and there are stairs to get to your condo. You have to earn the beautiful view!
