Property was dirty upon arrival gum was on was on the welcome paper tub /shower was nasty bed look like they where already slept in stove was dirty refrigerator was dirty counters dirty toilets dirty did not stay there and still being charged I would not advise anyone to stay here

The owner did not provide check in instructions in a timely manner. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions after his stated time. In addition the check in code provided was not correct and required me to call the owner. In addition I had to reach out to the owner the day before for check out instructions in which the host replied "Sorry I missed your message" but did not provide the actual steps until late the evening before check out. After getting in, the house smelled musky of mildew and sparsely furnished. The mildew smell was later revealed to be a load of still damp blankets in the dryer. The dryer door appeared to be broken thus preventing the dryer from operating.The kitchen didn't have bowls or dishwasher detergent (despite having a dishwasher). The worst part was opening a drawer containing the utensila that clearly had rodent waste all over.There are other issues but wanted to highlight what we considered major health safety concerns and communication with the host. Even as I write this review after checkout, the host did not provide an answer as to where to put the trash that he asked us to take. We fortunately found large trash cans in the garage that were already completely full of trashur group continued to stay at the house since we were primarily using it just to rest after our event and were concerned about finding another location last minute.The house has the potential to be nice, but does not match the description of luxurious.
