There's an outside area with sink, refrigerator ,table and chairs great place to cook out, Walking distance to the Warsaw marina restaurant and bar. Overlooking the beautiful river. Enjoy the beautiful wildlife and scenery only the bayou can show. Other eateries and bars close by. Minutes from the Tickfaw state park. About an hours drive to Historic New Orleans and famous bourbon street. Close to historical plantations and homes.
