Located on the beautiful blood river in southern Louisiana,This remodeled classic house boat will give you a unique vacation experience. This boat sleeps four comfortably, one queen bed and a fold out double bed.
From the window views to the three decks you will not stop taking in the beauty and relaxation. There's an outside area with sink, refrigerator ,table and chairs great place to cook out, Walking distance to the Warsaw marina restaurant and bar. Overlooking the beautiful river. Enjoy the beautiful wildlife and scenery only the bayou can show. Other eateries and bars close by. Minutes from the Tickfaw state park. About an hours drive to Historic New Orleans and famous bourbon street. Close to historical plantations and homes.

Great spot! We had a great time and it was nice that we were able to bring our dog. It rained the whole time but the whole slip is covered so we were able to sit out on the back of the boat and enjoy the storm. Inside is really cozy as well. We’ll definitely be back!

The boat is clean and has all the essentials. it was perfect for a night away. I’m sure during summer the marina is busy, and you can enjoy the outdoors.

It is a yacht, but it is an older one. The second bedroom is a kitchen, no door. It was painted nicely, but old things have their challenges like sliding doors. Host answers all messages quickly. Address was a little hard to find, but parking was easy. The yacht cabin had no smell, but the bathroom and shower had a few issues.
