Secluded and Spacious 4-bedroom house in Victor with views of the Tetons

Welcome to this modern home in Victor, Idaho, nestled among the trees with a pristine view of the Tetons. Private and secluded, this property is a haven for nature enthusiasts, with easy access to hiking trails, national forest land, snow machine trails, and a host of other outdoor activities.

This 3400 sq. ft. home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths, office, and family room, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. A fully stocked kitchen so you have everything you need for whipping up a home-cooked meal or a quick snack. Enjoy fun-filled evenings roasting marshmallows at the outdoor campfire ring, playing foosball in the family room, or grilling on the deck using the provided propane grill. Stay entertained with the TV and high-speed Internet, which are perfect for streaming Netflix or catching up on work (though we doubt you`ll want to work with so many fun things to do!). For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, so you can pack light and stay refreshed throughout your stay.

Located near to the Teton River allows you to launch your kayaks for a relaxing float or indulge in some of the finest trout fishing the U.S. has to offer. Or simply sit back and relax on the expansive deck and watch the deer and the moose wander by.

The town of Victor, ID is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of great restaurants, or take a beautiful drive over the Teton Pass to Jackson, Wyoming or Teton Village at Jackson Hole. Grand Targhee is a favorite for skiing, hiking, or mountain biking at 24 miles, and the National Parks of Yellowstone and Grand Teton less than 2 hours away.

Although the home best fits 8 guests, an additional 2 guests (over 8) can be accommodated but sleeping arrangements are tight on a futon in the office and / or large sofa in the basement rec room, and will be charged $150/guest/night. Garage parking for 2 cars is available. Please note that this home does have a surveillance camera on the outside, overlooking the driveway, barn and entry.

Beautiful place. Would have been great if it had 4 bathrooms full as listed. Our set up made it necessary for families to share. We specifically rented as it was listed as 4 full and 2 1/2 baths. 1 full bath must have been behind a locked door or was not properly listed. Was very disappointed in the representation online.

Excellent value for the money with 3 levels, well furnished kitchen and a game room. Only drawback is the 1 hour drive to the park. There is an excellent grocery store in Driggs, about 8 miles from Victor.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Property and location were perfect for our family of 8. Secluded location and yet easy access to parks was exactly what we wanted. We also enjoy family time at the cabin with beautiful views.

We stayed for 2 nights and one day. Property was gorgeous and had a lovely view of the Tetons. The property has a great sound system that we weren’t expecting. Cherry on top.

Cabin was beautiful It was a little more out of the way than we expected. It also needed a little cleaning such dusting and inside of refrigerator but other than that very nice.

Private woodsy retreat

We enjoyed the cabin very much. It was clean and cozy and the view was beautiful. The long private driveway was perfect for a short shady walk and access to trials in the national forest was a short drive.

Lovely home!

This was a very lovely home with great views of the Teton Mts. Two great little breweries were close by, along with a small grocer. We made a trip to Driggs for our big shopping as the place in Victor was quite expensive. It was about 45 minutes to Jackson Hole and provided a breathtaking view getting through the mountains. The house was nicely furnished with a stocked kitchen and comfy beds. It could have used more deck seating. As a family of 5, there were only two Adirondack chairs to relax in while we chatted in the cool mountain air. We also would have liked cozy seating down by the fire pit instead of stumps. The downside to coming July/ August is that there is no AC. It was very warm the first couple of days but finally cooled off with all the windows open. Overall, we loved it and would definitely recommend the place.

View of Tetons

Woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the Tetons. Property was very clean and had plenty of room for the entire family. Had all the necessities of home. Which made cooking evening meals easy to cook. Enjoyed nights by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Property is perfect for your visit to the nearby Jackson and Teton mountains.

Teton Terrific!

We enjoyed our stay at Forest Ridge Lodge. Although the cabin has no air conditioning, the windows open at night and ceiling fans did the trick.

Family Vacation

The house is great! Very clean and plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. Nice amenities for the baby. It's a bit farther from Tetons than I expected but the views are great. It's very remote, with gravel road leading to the house. Very nice house, my family enjoyed it.

Luxury cabin with a lovely mountain view

Had a fantastic long weekend with our extended family. Home is very clean, well appointed (expansive deck, outdoor fire pit, full kitchen), and reasonably close to Jackson and Grand Tetons (did daily trips to both) with epic views of the mountains.

Beautiful property

This house is gorgeous! Loved being able to see the Tetons from the deck and out the windows from inside the house. The home was even better in person. It was nice being away from town but close enough it didn’t add much time to our commute (to town in Victor, or Jackson). I almost wished we hadn’t planned so many activities outside of the house because I didn’t want to leave. Incredibly clean, relaxing, and cozy place to stay. Next visit I’ll be sure to book my stay here. Also kitchen was well stocked, and there were also plenty of bathroom amenities available.

Great place to stay for Grand Tetons visit

This is a beautiful house that is well equipped in both the kitchen as well as the rest of the house. We stayed 5 days, visiting the Grand Teton NP each day. Despite construction on the Teton Pass and other parts of the drive to the park, we had easy trips back and forth each day. Victor and Driggs turned out to be pretty good towns on their own, set in a beautiful mountain valley with good restaurants and stores. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful Long Weekend

We were looking for a last minute long weekend get away where some could ski and others could spa. In addition we like to cook, play games, be outside and with March Madness wanted to watch some basketball. With a 5 year old in tow we also wanted a space where she could run around and enjoy inside and out. We often go to Jackson, but did not want to deal with the crowds. This gem in Victor Idaho was perfect. It's a beautiful cabin with amazing views and a great wooded outdoor space. We could sled, build a snowman, cook good food and warm up by the fire. The kitchen was the best equipped I had ever seen. It was a short ride to Targhee for those who wanted to ski and and an even shorter trip to the spa at Teton Springs Lodge. The hosts were quick to take care of anything we needed. If you go in the winter, know that you will need a vehicle able to manage snow packed roads in order to get into the site. We will likely be back:)

Beautiful Views

A beautiful location for sure! Very comfortable beds and very relaxing!. We could’ve used a crockpot, and my wife did not care for the open shower arrangement in the upstairs bathrooms. Be careful of the oven door it goes down beyond the normal range open.

Wonderful Property

Our group of 7 enjoyed staying at Forest Ridge while visiting the Tetons. The house was accurately represented online. It was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to fix delicious home-cooked meals. The views of the mountains are amazing, and we loved watching moose wander into the backyard and down the drive. It was a little bit of a drive each day to Jackson but we didn’t mind. Best grocery store is 15 mins away in Driggs. Victor market closes at 7 pm but is stocked sufficiently. You won’t be disappointed with this home.

Beautiful secluded cabin!!

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house!! There were 6 of us adults and had plenty of space and then some! We loved the location as well as it is very secluded and private but not too far to drive into Jackson and other surrounding towns. We enjoyed spending time in Driggs and Victor as well as Jackson. The view is just incredible. Especially from back deck!!! Great vacation!!

Perfect home for several couples

We were in town for our niece’s wedding. The group consisted of us, another aunt and uncle, and my mother-in-law - we had also planned on having my brother-in-law and two elementary aged nieces who had to cancel last minute. The house is gorgeous and was cleaner than clean when we arrived. There was plenty of good communication about the house access ahead of time, and the tablet check-in process was perfect. All four bedrooms have a very comfortable queen bed, which eliminated any issues about who got the best room and stuff like that, which can come up in shared rental situations. Two mirror master suites are on the second floor, each with an attached 3/4 bath and separate thermostats - also good for the age variety we had. The two other bedrooms are in a walk-out basement, and while the views aren’t quite as spectacular, they are still pretty great. Both those rooms also have queen beds, but there is one 3/4 bath across from one room (not attached) and another half bath across from the other. The basement also contains the streaming TV set, the foosball table, and a lovely fireplace with a walk out patio. There are glass doors at the entry to the basement that can be closed for noise control. The main floor had a generous kitchen space with new appliances, plenty of cooking stuff and place settings, cutlery, etc., island counter, and six person dining table, a two-story sitting room (no tv), a glass door to a nice office space, a half bath, and the laundry. The dining and living areas all opened to a huge deck with amazing Teton views, plenty of seating, a gas grill and a glass outdoor heater. The garage was spacious and also clean as a whistle. For our needs, it was absolutely perfect. We all had our own comfortable and beautiful spaces with the chance for privacy, along with plenty of space to gather as we desired. There were lots of supplies for babies as well - we obviously didn’t need them, but there were changing tables, seats, cribs, etc if you needed them. The house is at the end of a couple of gravel roads. All our cars did fine, just a note if you were to go during worse weather. It was right between our events and an easy drive to Jackson. Checkout was also a breeze via the tablet, and the “before you leave” tasks were totally reasonable. We were thrilled, and even if we had the others who had to cancel, we would have had tons of space (the small nieces generally prefer to share a room.)

Superb Teton Get-Away

We loved our stay here. My wife and I spent a week with our five kids here and there was plenty of space for all of us - the property was beautiful inside and out and the kitchen worked well for our large family. We were disappointed that the fire pit and lower patio were overgrown (though with the fire ban in the area we could not use it anyway - we did share that feedback with the owner). That one criticism aside, the outdoor spaces were fantastic! We spent every morning and evening on the upper deck with a spectacular view of the Tetons. We absolutely loved the quiet location, both the home itself and more generally Victor - a welcome respite from the far busier Wyoming side of the Teton Pass. We loved the restaurants (and the Emporium!) in Victor. A wonderful stay and experience here
