Stunning beachfront condo at the north end of the Island



The Space:

Step into comfort and style during your next beach vacation in this luxurious, professionally designed condo located on the north tip of Fort Myers Beach. Boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the living and dining area is open, light and bright, with a sliding glass door that goes out to your private beach-facing screened-in balcony.



• Full, completely renovated kitchen, with plateware, glassware, utensils and cookware.

• Master bedroom has king-size bed and overlooks the beach with private sliding glass door to the balcony.

• Second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and access to RARE in-unit washer and dryer.

• Master bathroom has walk-in shower, the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.



This unit comfortably sleeps up to four guests.



The Vacation Villas complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs with BBQ, fire pit, laundry room and direct pathway to the beach. Enjoy being close to the “entertainment district” of the island while still being far enough north that you have peace and quiet when you want it. Beach Chairs and umbrella are provided in the unit.

This has to be one of the best condos I’ve ever stayed at. The view was gorgeous for watching the sunsets. The rooms were very clean and had many of the every day items that you might need. I would recommend to all of my family and friends.

Beautiful Condo with perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures looked great but was even more impressed in person. The condo was very clean, plenty of room and in a great location for us. It was on the outskirts of town, so we had a quiet beach but close enough to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is decorated beautifully and view is beautiful. The condo did need a few changes to make it more comfortable and practical. For example there was no dresser in the master bedroom for unpacking clothes and half of the small closet was locked and unaccessable. Kitchen could use a few extra things like a pitcher for making lemonade or tea. Walk to Times Square was a little too far for older clientel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful - great location, great view, we had a wonderful time. The biggest issue was trying to figure out the TV, some instructions would have been helpful. Also, the lights in the dining and living room were really bright, it would have been nice if we could have dimmed them. We ended up just using the little portal lights, which were really nice to have. Night light in bathroom was nice also, once I found the charging wire.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo. It is very clean and the decor is restful, comfortable, and lovely. The screened porch has amazing views. The kitchen is well stocked with all your cookware needs. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the master is great. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. This building is in the best location on the beach if you like views of the water and sunset. Check in and out was easy. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat.
