Welcome to Equilibrium - Family House by E, where coziness, good service, and quality accommodation await in a prime location. Our spacious studio features a well-equipped kitchenette, private walk-in rain shower bathroom, Queen-size bed, WiFi, and a smart TV. The space
Very bright apartment of 25 m2 located in the centre of Roubaix and two minutes from the tramway and metro. Ideal accommodation for family and business trip in the Lille metropolis.

Included in the price: Room Cleaning 2 days pr. week (for stays of 7 days or more), Bathroom Bedding, linen as well access to common dining area and shared well-equipped kitchen

Breakfast

Breakfast hours are from 7.30 to 9.30 on weekdays and from 8.30 to 10.30 on weekends

Cleaning

You will find your room nice, clean and tidy on your arrival and we don’t charge cleaning fee after you leave.

For stays of less than 7 days cleaning is not included, but additional cleaning can be ordered for 15 Euros pr. day, (including fresh towels and linen). Just send us a message the day before.

For stays of 7 days or more 2 days cleaning pr week is included.
