The Space:

Step inside and feel the airy, welcoming atmosphere of the open living area, highlighted by a stylish blue accent wall and a cozy electric fireplace. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The glass doors open to your own private, fenced backyard, where you can fire up the gas grill for an evening barbecue or unwind on the glider.



The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining table seats four comfortably. In the evening, settle in for a movie night on one of the Smart TVs available in the living room and both bedrooms.

Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire townhouse. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock on the front door. Your unique access code will be provided 24 hours before check-in, allowing for a seamless self-check-in experience.

* **To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties, events, or smoking inside the home.

* **Guests are asked to follow the simple rules outlined in the rental agreement to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.



* **Pre-Arrival**: Before your stay, the primary guest will need to complete a quick pre-arrival form via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal. This ensures you’ll have everything needed for a smooth check-in.

* **Streaming Services**: All televisions include streaming apps. You are welcome to log in with your personal accounts—just remember to log out before you depart.



Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We aim to provide you with a private and independent stay. While we will not be on the property during your visit, our team is readily available via the booking platform to answer any questions or assist with any needs that may arise.
