Hi there! I am Teresa from the Bluegrass State of Kentucky. My husband and I have always had two big loves: hosting family and the beach. Owning a home on Florida’s Emerald Coast has been the perfect way to bring those passions together, and we are so grateful to be able to share it with families from all over.
We first visited the Emerald Coast together in 2017 and fell in love instantly—we’ve returned every year since. Rick spent time here while attending school with the Air Force, so the area already held a special place in his heart.
