Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected visit and for any frustration regarding amenities. However, we would like to mention that we provide a detailed list of amenities and supplies in several areas prior to arrival. Regarding the hot tub maintenance, our staff service the hot tubs throughout the week to ensure cleanliness and compliance with county guidelines; they do not enter the home and leave a service card. Although we are sorry to hear of any startling experience, that is never our intention. We will review your comments to improve communication and guest experience. We hope to have the chance to rent to you in the future, where we are confident we can provide a better rental experience. Madison, Railey Vacations

Hi Sharay! We appreciate you taking the time out to leave us with your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the issues concerning the pool, wood, and jetted tub. We will be sure to have our maintenance department come out and assess the tub to ensure that it is working for future stays. Also we will alert our property manager about the issue with the wood and have them find a new location to place the wood. Otherwise it's good to hear that you and your group had an awesome weekend celebrating a milestone birthday! Please come see us again soon! Madison, Railey Vacations

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us with your feedback, Lynura, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. Our Railey staff strives for a 5-star clean with each stay, however, we are only human and sometimes we do miss our mark. In the future, please do not hesitate to call our office and we will quickly send out a housekeeper to remedy any issue as well as have an exterminator come out to examine the concerns with the roaches. We will also be sure to pass along this information concerning the temperature settings to the homeowners for consideration of future improvements to the home. I hope that you and your group had an otherwise good experience during your stay and that you'll allow us to host your group again in the future. I'm confident we can prove ourselves a favored vacation spot if given another chance! Madison, Railey Vacations

Thank you for your great review of your stay at Summit Ridge. We noted the housekeeping issues and are addressing them as soon as possible. We, at Railey Vacations, are glad that you enjoyed your stay and we hope that we can host you again soon.
