気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This was not the worst VRBO booking i’ve had, but definitely not the best. for starters, upon booking we had plans to cook, and asked if there was a stove, they replied and said yes, but upon arrival there was no stove just a microwave even though there are pans in the cabinet. host also sent check out instructions, but no check in instructions. when asked i for the check in instructions or when i would get them, i was told “i think u should relax until ur check in day” because i still had 1 more day before checking in. it was rude of our host and i am not sure how their property is split, or who’s communicating, but they need to do WAYYY better. walking further, the rug was dirty, there was dirt and food crumbs all in it, no effort to vacuum. host only left 1 towel and wash cloth per person, and one was dirty, one roll of paper towels which if you book when there’s snow out or rain, there is no door mat to wipe your feet, so you might run out of paper towels fast. this place says “new” but i’m sure it just means new listing, the “remodel” is not professionally or properly done, the bed is unstable and i’m not even sure the sheets were cleaned properly because my face broke out after the 1st night i slept. all in all, i definitely think you can find a better VRBO booking, but if you aren’t too picky, good luck.
