Two bedroom, two bathroom condo in Snowbrook at Sugarloaf Mountain. Condo has the most amazing direct views of the mountain, as noted in the pictures. The Snubber chairlift is at the end of the parking lot, a 3 minute walk, or the shuttle is available just outside the condo door. Both take you directly to the base lodge. Nordic trails are also a 3 minute walk from the front door. Ski locker available for storing your skis. Snowbrook has a complimentary pool, sauna, and three hot tubs available for guests. Owners use condo most weekends, so rental availability at this time is limited to Christmas week and February school break week, though other dates are likely to be intermittently added. A huge master bedroom is in the loft, overlooking the living room, with windows that open and close to allow privacy. It has a king size bed and full bath for your comfort. Second bedroom is on the main level, and has a queen size bed. A second full bathroom is on the main level, as well as a washer/dryer. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable living with plenty of seating for all. TV with cable available on both levels. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Condo is on the second level, and does require walking up outside covered stairs. Tons of parking available. Snowbrook is conveniently centrally located on the lower mountain, close to all amenities including numerous restaurants, fitness center, library, and of course the base lodge with nightly entertainment.
