Centrally located, private, get away

Absolutely stunning views from all windows, and outside areas. This property is centrally located to the coast, red woods and of course the wineries in Napa, Sonoma, and Heidelsburg. The host Thai was a text away if there were any questions. Next time we visit California, would 100%stay here again.

Great Place

Super nice place. Very private with great views. Nice place for a get away to just relax stay and enjoy the privacy, animals, and wildlife. Best place we've stayed in awhile.Highly recommend will be back.

Another great stay!

Loved our second visit to this beautiful property. Hosts are amazingly gracious and helpful. Perfect place to stay if you just want to relax or explore the area. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing vineyard stay!

Thai and Cindy’s Casita is a unique and amazing stay on a vineyard and working farm. We enjoyed the secluded and quiet retreat surrounded by grapevines, sheep, goats and chickens. It’s exactly as described and the bottle of wine was a wonderful touch. We loved staying at Steelhead Creek!

Casita

Property and accommodations were great. Very, very secluded. We enjoyed our stay and the communication / directions from Tai. But, the road on the way in was way, way much longer and dangerous than expected. A very narrow well paved road though, lots of wildlife and farm animals,with a vineyard steps from the patio. Do not try to leave or come back in the dark, no street lights and dangerous to us. We would not stay there again due to the road in and out and far from the main roads. We thought that the propery was just inside the entrance, maybe 1/2 mile. was very relaxing while we were there. We are a couple in our late 60's.

Perfect, peaceful and private

The Casita was great, well equipped and the grounds were beautiful! Not a far drive from a grocery store, Calistoga , St. Helena and Napa. I would definitely stay here again. The wine provided by the owners was delicious.

Beautiful & peaceful stay

The Casita is everything we wanted! It is surrounded by vineyards and open space. It’s a beautiful haven to relax. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything was perfect! And Thai and Cynthia are excellent hosts!

Fantastic vineyard retreat!

Wonderful experience! Property is secluded, quiet and peaceful. Owners provided everything needed and we’re so friendly!! Location is great for activities in the surrounding communities and just a short drive from the coast. Highly recommend!!!

comfort and coziness with a view

What a lovely property, with vineyard and hill views, sheep and goats. So peaceful. The road to the property is a bit hair-raising the first time (definitely recommend arriving in daylight) but after a trip or two I was comfortable driving it. We would definitely return!

Perfect getaway!

The property was so nice and quiet. We stayed in the casita and the size and layout was just awesome. Perfect for a couple and our two pups. Clean, great layout, open with views on all sides. The bed was extremely comfortable! We loved to outdoor space with Mountain View’s and literally steps from the vineyards.

Great Memories

We had a wonderful time, the property is gorgeous, beautiful views of grapevines and a great place to just relax and enjoy the peacefulness. They made is us welcomed with a nice bottle of wine from there vines on the property. and loved the farm animals and dogs. We will definitely come back!!

Peaceful, off the beaten path getaway

Absolutely loved our stay!. A wonderful place to get away and relax. Enjoyed spending time on the patio taking in the sounds of nature in the morning and evening. The kitchen was stocked with just enough for what we needed for cooking some meals. If you like to play cards, board games, or build jigsaw puzzles, you will need to bring those with you. A secluded, peaceful and tranquil place to get away and unwind.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Relaxing, secluded. Sat and watched the birds. Close to Calistoga and Santa Rosa but when we went out we just wanted to get back to Steelhead Creek. See you next time.

Vineyard Casita

This is our second stay at this property. It is off the grid and we love it!! The owners are wonderful and communicate very well. Once you get to the house, there is so much information about the area such as restaurants and recommendations on activities. The drive is well worth it and really pretty easy to get to. We hope to return soon!

A Hidden Gem

This place is awesome. Tucked into the mountain side is this wonderful vineyard. When we arrived we were greeted by the Goats and Sheep. Then we proceeded into the vineyard to our place. Our morning coffee from the back porch allowed us to take in the beautiful sunrise. We talked to Thai the owner, and he suggested we go to the stairway to Heaven at night on the top of the property to veiw the sunset. WOW! That was amazing. Thank you Thai for sharing your slice of heaven with us. We can wait to come back!

Quiet Time Among The

Beautiful setting in the vineyards. Great walks. Wonderful views of sheep, goats and working dogs on distant hills. Owners were very accomodating, including providing a new blender at our request. One minor issue was the wood fireplace was non-operational due to fire threats in the area. Overall a very worthwhile trip.

Charming casita on a lovely vineyard

Recently stayed for 5 nights. Property is located on a secluded, one lane driveway about a mile and a half from the main road. If you’re looking for privacy, this is your place. Located on a small vineyard and working farm. Plenty of goats and sheep to keep you entertained. The casita’s amenities were very nice and comfortable. Although the bathroom is a little cramped. Views from the back patio are wonderful.
