The cabin offers cozy comfortable amenities and a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a true escape. Wifi: We provide high speed internet from Starlink
Streaming: The smart Roku TVs are set up in guest mode, simply set your departure date and then login with your streaming accounts. Upon checkout you will automatically be logged out. Please bring your own logins to your favorite streaming platforms
Community: This cabin is located at the top of Bluff Mountain.
Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. You will get a unique door code a couple days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys
Age: All guests must be 18+ except for children travelling with their parents.
Occupancy: 4-person maximum including children and infants.
Security Camera: There is a security camera at the property. The camera is located on the floodlight on the front of the property and faces the driveway. The camera is actively recording. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for our mutual protection!
Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.
Weather: No refunds will be given for weather | natural disasters | power outages | or other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
Roads: The road is paved all the way to the cabin. The last few miles to the cabin, the road is a beautiful windy mountain road it may take a bit to get used too but you will be a pro in no time. Although snow is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD and chains may be necessary. In the winter months, December - February, please keep an eye on the forecast for snow. Ideally, you will want to bring snow chains or snow socks if any snow is in the forecast. There are a few switchbacks driving up Bluff Mountain. We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance in the winter
Driveway: Our cabin features a gravel driveway, which is typical for Sevierville vacation rentals. It may feel narrow if you’re not used to mountain roads.
Cell service: Service may be spotty in the mountains, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed in or near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Our housekeeper drains, cleans and refills the hot tub before your stay; therefore, it may not be warm when you arrive.
Critters: The Cabin is treated monthly for pests, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears, squirrels, mice, and snakes.
Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups.
Bears: This cabin is in the mountains and bears may be encountered during your stay. You may see bears every day, or you might not see any during your stay. Bears are dangerous and can cause injury! If you see one stay inside until it leaves and DO NOT try to approach it. DO NOT feed it or leave food or beverages outdoors. Remember to keep your car doors locked at all times, bears can open unlocked car doors in a few seconds. Do not leave food in your cars, bears have excellent sense of smell and will try to break into your car to get to the food. We are not responsible for any damage caused by bears. Throw all trash in the bear-proof containers by the driveway.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Fire: Fires are not allowed in or around the property.
Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on holidays.
Water: This cabin is on a private well please help conserve water and don't leave water running. Occasionally the water may have a sulfur smell. You may prefer to bring bottled water, however the water is safe to drink.
Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed; we will do everything possible to ensure they are functioning properly but sometimes stuff happens.
We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.
Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, coffee, creamer, sugar, zip lock bags, and charcoal are NOT provided.
