Welcome to Wailea Beach Villas Penthouse K107 - A luxurious and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a den that functions as a workspace or third bedroom offering 1,899 square feet of elegant island living.

Perched directly above the upper pool, this villa enjoys lush tropical garden and pool views, along with a beautiful slice of ocean framed by swaying palms. Furnished in refined Island Style with subtle Asian influences, the atmosphere is both serene and sophisticated.

Start your mornings on the private lanai, sipping coffee as dive boats head out toward Molokini Crater in the distance. The family pool is conveniently close to the villa, while the adult pool sits just steps from Wailea Beach which is less than a five-minute stroll (about 800 feet) down a picturesque path lined with ponds and waterfalls. Prefer a ride? The concierge is happy to whisk you there in a golf cart.

Great Vacation!

Amazing place! We've stayed at so many of the resorts in Wailea, and just enjoy the freedom, space, and amenities at Wailea Beach Villas. The Beach/lounge chair service is fantastic, as is the concierge in arranging snorkel gear, reservations, etc. Great stay...our go to in Maui.

Great location and communications

Wailea beach villas were amazing and the service was top notch. We appreciated the unit being close to the shops and parking. Great communications and check in/out process was a breeze. Murphy bed worked out great. Plenty of dishes, utensils, coffee makers, and basic supplies.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for a week this month and it exceeded our expectations! We loved having the privacy of having our own place, but still having the benefits of staying at a resort. The staff of the resort was very friendly and always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The property owner and their assistant were very responsive and friendly as well. The property was very clean and in a great area. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Everything was just as expected — the location was ideal, the cleanliness impeccable, and the communication with the host was flawless. The perfect oasis

The unit was perfect for our family of 4! Clean, comfortable (the beds are fantastic) and everything you need and more from cooking to a day at the beach. Appreciated the beach bags. You cannot go wrong with the location and the amenities of the resort. August was quiet relative to other times of year and we found it a relaxing and sunny visit. Our host was kind, responsive and communicated well so we had everything we needed.

Amazing

Everything was awesome! Great location, by shops, beach, resorts, etc. Unit and property was spotless. Was a bit worried about Teens using the “adult” pool but it was a non issue. The family pool looked great for younger children. Host/Owner was great. Hope to be back!

Quiet, Relaxing Oasis

We were looking for a few days of rest and relaxation in a quiet tropical setting, and we found it! The pictures definitely do not do this property justice. The condo itself was beautiful, and had everything we needed and then some. The property and grounds were incredible. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The only disappointment was having to go back home.

Amazing Stay and Owner!

Beautiful property and unit! Had everything we needed and property manager was very responsive. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone! Loved being close to Wailea shops as well. Right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Family Trip

Beautiful penthouse condo!! Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The property is beautiful. This unit is by the family pool, but we spent most of our time at the adult pool overlooking the beach…just a short walk with beautiful landscaping along the way. Loved the paved path along the oceanfront for morning runs!! We would definitely book this unit again!!

Beautiful property

The condo was lovely and well furnished! We had two refrigerators which was very nice as well as a lot of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and many dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had multiple sets of towels too. The owner’s assistant, Elis, was very responsive to our questions and requests. The 800 foot walk to the beach appeared to be much longer and its was all downhill. I did have the front desk give us a ride to the adult pool and beach on a few occasions. All the people at front desk were very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. A very nice place!

Dream vacation

Amazing stay at Wailea Beach Villas. This is a beautiful property and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Unit is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Maui. Would highly recommend! We have stayed at other properties in Wailea and will definitely be back to this one.
