Welcome to The Velvet Pine: our Cozy 3 Bedroom Rancher [with additional Queen pullout sleeper], and 2 Full Baths. We are snuggled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to downtown southern pines. Restaurants, shops, ice cream, breweries, and more are a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away! (cross Indiana Ave and turn left). Our home is stocked with amenities to help make your stay convenient and memorable. Such as a fully stocked kitchen, coffee station, comfortable beds, basic soaps and shampoos, hair dryer, toilet paper and fresh towels in the bathrooms, fresh linens on beds. (extras in the hall closet) We also have a pull-down ironing board & iron next to the washer and dryer, wireless internet, Roku TV, central heating and air, a fitness room, and a furnished back deck with a private woodsy view. We hope you have a wonderful time as our guest and get to fully enjoy everything our beautiful town has to offer!

Our getaway at the Velvet Pine was so lovely and relaxing! The space is even more beautiful than the pictures show, and had thoughtful touches like fuzzy blankets here and there. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed walking to downtown Southern Pines one afternoon. The kitchen is well equipped and super clean, and it was easy to find what we needed to make meals. We will be back the next time all three of us busy moms can find time to get away and reconnect!

Very roomy, plenty of space to relax and unwind. Location was wonderful, close to everything in Southern Pines and quick drive to Pinehurst. Very clean. Loved the back porch/deck in mornings and evenings. Well equipped as well. Beautiful neighborhood.

We had a very nice stay at Velvet Pine. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped with not only the basics needed in a rental property, but also many extras such as a selection of coffee and some pantry staples. We very much enjoyed the decor and walked from room to room to look at the wallpapers and color-drenched accent walls. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We will be back!
