While working in or visiting Grande Prairie you want a quiet, comfortable place to stay while you rest & relax.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a comfortable, queen-sized bed so everyone has a good sleep. Nobody gets stuck on a twin or a sofa bed here! The bedrooms have blackout blinds to ensure a good sleep, even on night shift. All 3 bedrooms are located at the back of the house while the living space (and TV) is located all the way at the front.

The kitchen, living, and dining area is open-concept and great for socializing after a hard-day`s work. If you like, grab a refreshment and hang out on the deck while you grill something delicious on the BBQ.

The living space has a large leather couch and a new Smart TV to stream your favourite shows. If you prefer to use your own device to watch/video chat with friends and family in your room, the extremely fast wifi has excellent signal throughout the house.

You`ll have the whole place to yourself, including the in-suite laundry room & the private front deck with a BBQ.

The coded smart lock allows for all-hour access without the worry of exchanging or misplacing keys.

The house is located at 9817 89 St. In the Cobblestone area of Grande Prairie. You will be accessing through the main front door, facing the street.

There is an alley behind the house where you can access the driveway. The driveway is 3 cars wide. Please park on the right-most side. It is the long part that can fit 2 vehicles. Street parking in front of the house is always available, and is more convenient to the front door.

Cobblestone is expanding with new shopping & dining options at Cobblestone Plaza, a short walk away.

You’ll probably want a car to get around Grande Prairie… it’s a driving city.

There’s 2 parking spaces around the back of the building for you, and there’s also always parking spaces available on the street right out front.

Please note that this home is an upper level of a duplex so there will be neighbours beneath you from time to time. You may hear them occasionally and they will definitely hear any loud noises, jumping, and running... We ask all of our guests to be conscious of noise levels and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
