Thank you Carol for your review . It is unfortunate you didn’t mention to ne that you wanted your daughter to visit for a cup of tea because that would not have been a problem at all . What you conveyed to me was that you wanted to have a big family reunion at my house with your four daughters and their families and 5 grand children . My short term accomodation licence allows for 10 guests maximum and no parties . This is stated several times on my listing . I did offer a day rate for you to have guests visit and use the pool , facilities etc and I would have provided pool towels , extra toilet paper etc but you declined . Guests pay for accomodation and with that comes the facilities that are listed the same as a hotel , but the facilities are for paying guests only , im sorry you misunderstood this.

Wow I’m very touched by your review. I had decided to have a break from hosting for awhile due to some bad experiences but you have reminded me that there are some lovely people out there who take care of my house Very much appreciated Jan was lovely . I’m very surprised that Nick would write a review when he knows I have photos of the bongs they were using to smoke meth , hence they were up all night until 10 am when I asked them to leave after neighbours had complained of noise at 3.30 am and again at 6 am . I tried knocking on front door for .twenty minutes but none answered nor did the 8 phone numbers I was given . The only one that did answer said he wasn’t even staying at the house . We could smell smoke and drugs from the rear and when I entered from the rear of the property I found a girl smoking flicking ash on my outdoor rug and when I asked her to stop she became abusive . One of the guests tried to leave one of their meth bongs in my bin . Two guys were very helpful and helped me remove rubbish that had been dumped in my neighbours bin . If you are a host reading this , most of this group were a nightmare with no respect or regard for my house or the law . They are obviously meth and ice users , to be avoided at all costs One broke an Egyptian vase which was a wedding present . Nick told me they were 4 couples from down south coming to chill by pool . Not 6 guys, one girl from around the corner who obviously just wanted a place to do drugs Dangerous guests to be avoided at all costs
