Steven himself was great! He gave all the proper information! The resort is nice, needs some updates. The Beach is prefect. The specialty restaurants are just ok they really need to up grade the quality of their food, the buffet was better then all of it, it was tasty and good quality you would think it would be the opposite. We were asked to do a vacation share presentation which we were good with because it interests us. But the minute we told them we had to think about it we were not willing to jump on spending 30,000 without thinking hard on it, we were treated differently by the people in the vacation club area which are the people that takes care of you while there. Mrs.LuLu was the kindest of them all there was another older lady just very rude no matter how nice you tried to be. Room service was good some days and some days was horrible. The sewer smell coming out the bathroom was gross. The day we were to fly out we got up ant 3am so we could head to the airport, woke up to no water. Front desk said they was going to work on it. Our Balcony was prefect. Our Beach attendant Mr.Ulises was the most pleasant person, and was always on top his game; he made our vacation the best!!
