- 4 minutes by car to the slopes (Télécabine de la Princesse)
- 8 minutes by car to Megève center
- 6 minutes by car to Combloux center
- 5 minutes by car to supermarket


About the space

The chalet accommodates up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms.


Ground floor:

- Bedroom 1: double bed (160 x 200cm), bathroom, WC and bathtub

- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 190cm), bathroom, WC and shower

- Bedroom 3: double bed (180 x 200cm), bathroom, WC and shower

- Bedroom 4: 1 bunk bed (two single beds 90 x 200cm) and a baby bed (70 x 140cm)

- Bedroom 5: 6 single beds (90 x 200cm) that fold into the wall. The room has been designed for kids, offering a space for children to sleep together and spacious enough for playing or casual downtime. It also has a TV – making it the perfect place for evening movies

- Bathroom for bedrooms 4 & 5 with WC and shower

- Guest WC

- Laundry room with washer and dryer


First floor:

- Living room with fireplace and TV, terrace and a private balcony with mountain-facing views

- Dining area with a 8-people table

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining/living room with terrace access, includes: oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets, dishwasher, cookware, cutlery, and all essentials for cooking


Second floor:

- Master room: double bed (180 x 200cm), bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub


Outdoor space & views:

- The chalet is located in a quiet, elevated location with beautiful alpine surroundings and serene outdoor areas

- BBQ (OFYR brand) and outdoor table for 8 people. Ideal for sunrise breakfasts, afternoon lounging, or après-ski drinks

- Outdoor parking space for 3 cars just in front the chalet
