Enjoy this beautiful, updated two bedroom, two bath home situated between Lake Sumter and Brownwood Paddock Square. Pet friendly with lots of privacy. Free WiFi Netflix and Amazon Prime. The property is partially privacy fenced with beautiful landscaping providing shade for meals on the outdoor patio. Your rental includes a Yamaha QuieTech 4-seater gas golf cart. The Hemingway pool is within walking distance or 2 minutes by golf cart.
Shopping is 5 minutes by golf cart at nearby Colony Plaza including Publix, Walgreens, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Citizens Bank, McDonalds, Subway, etc. Numerous challenging executive golf courses, including Roosevelt, Truman and Sarasota, only a short golf cart ride away. Local dog parks include Paradise Park, Mulberry, and Springdale. Lake Sumter is 9 minutes away offering a variety of restaurants and retail stores, as well as wonderful live entertainment nightly.
