This modern ocean view unit sleeps four and is fully equipped with a master bedroom with king-sized bed, living room with sleeper sofa, full kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster and coffee maker), dining room with table, in-suite laundry (washer and dryer), balcony, two (2) smart TVs, and free Wi-Fi.

HGVC Lagoon Tower guests have access to all 22 acres of the Hilton Hawaiian Village resort facilities, which include Waikiki beaches, lagoon, multiple pools (the Kalia Tower even has a private pool and hot tub just for guests staying in that tower), and shops and restaurants galore! The Kalia Tower provides easy and close beach, lagoon, and pool access, and has picturesque views (including amazing sunset views). If you rent a car, the Kalia Tower is right by the guest parking garage. (Alternatively, you may consider daily car rentals from the Enterprise car rental office on-site, in order to avoid the cost of parking in the garage.)
If you want to stay both New Year's week and Christmas week, we have two-bedroom garden view units (each sleeps 6) and two-bedroom ocean view units (each sleeps 6) available for Christmas week, so please ask!
Items to Note: - The State of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this (and all) resorts. In 2024, the tax was $20.38 per unit per night (total of $142.66 for seven nights) for a two-bedroom unit (it is less for a one-bedroom unit). - The resort requires an ID and a $250 refundable deposit for incidentals at check in. - The unit has a king bed (other one-bedroom units may have double beds--this is a guaranteed king bed unit). - Unit number is assigned at check in. - Mid-week housekeeping services are provided/included after the third night of occupancy for stays of five nights or longer. Additional daily housekeeping services are available for a fee. - Self-parking is available for $69 per day, payable to the resort. Parking for oversized vehicles is $110 per day. Valet parking is available for $89 per day from the main hotel lobby. - The Kalia Tower is a non-smoking property. - Guests are NOT required to wash linens, take out the trash, or perform any additional "clean up" tasks at check out!
