***All renters must follow HOA guidelines, and unit rules which are provided upon arrival. Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for any of the following reasons and unused rental monies will not be refunded
*Exceeding Maximum Occupancy of 8 Persons
*Bringing any type of pet into the unit
*Tampering, disabling or damaging any safety device including: fire/smoke/carbon monoxide alarms or sprinkler system
*Smoking/Vaping in or around the unit or the balcony
*Any type of illegal drug use
*Behavior that is disruptive to others or violations of any house rules as defined in the rental agreement

***Rentals are for persons over 25 years of age only. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by the renter throughout the duration of the reservation.
